Swiss NS23 Short-Haul Network Additions

Swiss yesterday announced the addition of 2 European routes from Geneva, scheduled in Northern summer 2023 season. Planned European short-haul additions in Northern summer 2023 season as follows.

Geneva – Hamburg eff 26MAR23 4 weekly A220-300 (Swissair previously operated this route until October 1990)

Geneva – Oslo eff 28MAR23 3 weekly A220-300 (Last served until March 2017)
LX1290 GVA1600 – 1835OSL 223 246
LX1291 OSL1920 – 2150GVA 223 24
LX1291 OSL1930 – 2200GVA 223 6

Oslo operational schedule varies 21JUN23 – 26AUG23.

Following routes to be resumed during Northern winter 2022/23 season will be extended into summer 2023 season, on/after 26MAR23. These routes were cancelled during summer 2022 season. Frequencies listed is effective 26MAR23.
Geneva – Copenhagen 1 daily A220-300 (Suspended 27MAR22 – 16DEC22)
Geneva – Stockholm Arlanda 1 daily A220-300 (Suspended 30APR22 – 09DEC22)

The airline will also extend Zurich – Bristol service into summer season, on/after 26MAR23. This route is scheduled to commence on 04FEB23 with A220-300 operates 1 weekly. Service will increase to 2 weekly (Day 15) from 27MAR23 while switching to Helvetic Airways E190-E2 aircraft, 3 weekly from 07JUN23.
