Cathay Pacific in the last few days updated planned service to Japan during the first quarter of 2023. Between 01JAN23 and 25MAR23, planned operation as of 12DEC22 as follows.

 Hong Kong – Fukuoka 7 weekly A330-300
Hong Kong – Nagoya
4 weekly A350-900XWB (5 from 02MAR23)
Hong Kong – Osaka Kansai
26 weekly A330/350-900XWB/777-300ER (22 from 01FEB23)
Hong Kong – Sapporo New Chitose 7 weekly 777-300 (5 from 02FEB23)
Hong Kong – Tokyo Haneda
14 weekly 777-300ER/A350-900XWB
Hong Kong – Tokyo Narita
28 weekly A330-300(23 from 09JAN23, 21 from 01FEB23)

On Hong Kong – Tokyo Haneda route, First Class service will be offered from 01FEB23 on CX548/549 service, after London Heathrow and Paris CDG. Further changes to operational frequency remain possible.

Cathay Pacific Group carrier HK Express’ latest planned service for Japan in the first quarter of 2023 as follows.

Hong Kong – Nagoya 7 weekly
Hong Kong – Okinawa 7 weekly
Hong Kong – Osaka Kansai 14 weekly (22 from 20JAN23)
Hong Kong – Tokyo Haneda
7 weekly (14 from 18JAN23)
Hong Kong – Tokyo Narita
14 weekly (22 from 22JAN23)

HK Express’ 230-seater Airbus A321neo aircraft is scheduled operate service to Tokyo Narita from 01JAN23, Osaka Kansai from 15JAN23. The A321 has been operating service to Fukuoka since 12DEC22, Tokyo Haneda scheduled from 21DEC22.
