Swiss Adds 4-class A340-300 Service in 1H23

Swiss International Air Lines last week announced the service entry of new 4-class Airbus A340-300 aircraft, featuring Premium Economy Class cabin. First flight was scheduled on 24JAN23, serving Johannesburg.

Although the new 4-class aircraft gradually enters service since 24JAN23, actual booking classes (G / E / N-class) and air fares for Premium Economy is available for travel on/after 01APR23 on following routes:

Zurich – Chicago O’Hare
Zurich – Hong Kong
Zurich – Johannesburg

General flight schedule listing for Chicago and Johannesburg displaying Premium Business booking classes from 01MAR23, but first flight available for reservation for travel is scheduled on 01APR23, as of 30JAN23.
