Qantas Resumes A380 Sydney Service in 2Q23

Qantas in the last few days filed service changes to Hong Kong for Northern summer 2023 season, including Airbus A380 service resumption on Sydney – Hong Kong route from 26MAR23 to 30APR23 on daily basis. Between 01MAY23 and 05JUN23, the A380 operates on 3 of 7 weekly flights (Day 135), replacing A330-300.

The A380 last served this route until February 2020.

Also reflected in this week’s update, Melbourne – Hong Kong service resumption has been postponed once again, now scheduled from 20JUN23 at earliest. The oneWorld carrier plans to operate 1 daily flight with A330-200/-300 upon service resumption.
