Air Tahiti Further Expands Nuku Hiva Flights in Dec 2023

Air Tahiti in the last few weeks filed further service expansion on Papeete – Nuku Hiva service in December 2023, coinciding with “Mata'vaa o te Fenua Enata” (Marquesas Islands Arts Festival) 2023. The carrier operates ATR72-600 aircraft with flying time at 3hrs 15mins.
Previously reported on AeroRoutes on 27JAN23, the carrier planned to operate up to 3 and 4 flights to Nuku Hiva, the largest island in The Marquesas, on 14DEC23 and 21DEC23 respectively, instead of the usual 1-2 flights a day.
Latest schedule filing sees 3 flights added on 11DEC23, 1 each on 12DEC23, 22DEC23 and 23DEC23. Additional 2 flights added on 14DEC23 and 1 on 21DEC23.
