Sichuan Airlines in Northern winter 2023/24 season plans to add Chengdu Tianfu – Sydney route, initially scheduled 3 weekly flights from 30OCT23. Service will increase to 5 weekly from 19NOV23, with Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Chengdu (Shuangliu) – Sydney route was previously served by Air China until February 2020.
