Ethiopian Airlines between January and April 2024 is adjusting selected operations to the US, as the airline reduce operational frequencies. Planned frequency changes as of 21DEC23 as follows.

Addis Ababa – Abidjan – New York JFK 20JAN24 – 29APR24 Reduce from 4 to 3 weekly, 787-8
Addis Ababa – Atlanta 21JAN24 – 30APR24 Reduce from 4 to 3 weekly, 787-8 (787-9 from 31MAR24; Westbound via Rome Fiumicino)
Addis Ababa – Chicago O'Hare 20JAN24 – 30APR24 Reduce from 7 to 6 weekly, 787-8 (Westbound via Rome Fiumicino)
Addis Ababa – Lome – Newark 21JAN24 – 30APR24 Reduce from 5 to 4 weekly, 787-8
