Virgin Australia Revises Planned 737 MAX Network Expansion in 2024

Virgin Australia in recent schedule update revised planned Boeing 737 MAX 8 international service expansion. As of 25FEB24, latest adjustments to 737 MAX service entry on following South Pacific and Indonesia routes are as follows.

Brisbane – Apia eff 13MAR24
Brisbane – Denpasar eff 12MAR24
Brisbane – Nadi eff 11MAR24
Melbourne – Denpasar eff 15APR24
Sydney – Nadi eff 27OCT24

Planned revision of service entry date by the 737 MAX is also in effect on domestic markets:
Adelaide – Coolangatta (Gold Coast) 23APR24 – 28JUN24
Melbourne – Adelaide eff 22APR24
Melbourne – Brisbane eff 22APR24
Melbourne – Coolangatta (Gold Coast) eff 28MAY24
Melbourne – Hobart eff 01JUL24

Planned service entry dates on routes listed above may see further revision.
