Qantas Expands A220 2H24 Operations

Qantas in the second half of 2024 plans to expand Airbus A220-300 aircraft operations, as the airline gradually files additional A220 schedule. Planned operations as of 03MAR24 include the following.

Melbourne – Coffs Harbour eff 27OCT24 5 weekly
Melbourne – Hobart eff 01JUL24 1 daily (4 daily from 27OCT24)
Melbourne – Launceston eff 12NOV24 1 daily (9 weekly from 19DEC24)

Reported last week (01MAR24), the airline's A220-300 aircraft operates Melbourne – Brisbane and Melbourne – Canberra route. The latter is expected to be exclusively served by A220 by 01JUL24.

Planned A220 operation remains subject to change.
