Air New Zealand Suspends Chicago Service in NS24

Air New Zealand today (12MAR24) announced service suspension on Auckland – Chicago O'Hare route, due to availability of Trent 1000 engine, equipped on its Boeing 787-9 fleet. Service will be suspended during Northern summer 2024 season, between 31MAR24 and 25OCT24. The Star Alliance carrier previously scheduled 3 weekly flights, reduced to 2 weekly during following periods: 23MAY24 – 19JUN24, 24AUG24 – 27SEP24.
