Lufthansa Preliminary NS26 Long-Haul Aircraft Changes – 02APR25

Lufthansa this week begins filing schedules on/after 29MAR26 for Northern summer 2026 season. The initial filing on long-haul routes are mostly identical to Northern summer 2025 season, except certain A340-600 operation scheduled in NS25 are not appearing in initial NS26 schedules.

Frankfurt – Hong Kong eff 29MAR26 747-400 replaces A340-600 in NS25
Frankfurt – Riyadh – Dammam eff 29MAR26 A330-300 replaces A340-600 in NS25
Frankfurt – Shanghai Pu Dong eff 29MAR26 3 weekly LH728/729 747-400 replaces A340-600 in NS25

Further changes will be made in the next few months.
