China Eastern from late-June 2025 plans to expand service to Türkiye, as the airline opened reservations for Xi’An – Istanbul route. The Skyteam member will operate this route 3 times weekly from 24JUN25, with Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

The carrier already serves Istanbul on daily basis from Shanghai Pu Dong.
