Qantas NW25 Americas Service Changes – 06MAY25

Qantas Airways today (06MAY25) announced selected international service changes for Northern winter 2025/26 season. As of 0035GMT 06MAY25, planned operation changes that are reflected in the reservation system include the following.

Brisbane – Los Angeles
eff 25OCT25 Boeing 787-9 service increases from 3 to 7 weekly, instead of 3 weekly 787 and 4 weekly A330-200
07DEC25 – 01FEB26 Reduce from 7 to 4 weekly, 787-9 (American Airlines to operate the other 3 weekly flights)

Melbourne – Dallas/Ft. Worth 26OCT25 – 31JAN26 Increase from 4 to 5 weekly, 787-9 (7 weekly from 09DEC25)
Sydney – Dallas/Ft. Worth eff 01JAN26 A380 service increases from 4 to 7 weekly

The oneWorld member today (06MAY25) also opened reservations to its planned service resumption of Perth – Auckland and Perth – Johannesburg route, scheduled from 07DEC25 with A330-200 operating 3 weekly flights. This was first revealed on AeroRoutes on 15APR25.

Separately, Jetstar Airways will discontinue Sydney – Honolulu service with last flight scheduled on 24OCT25.
