Ethiopian Airlines during the month of September 2025 schedules service changes to Newark, as the carrier once again schedules service suspension on Addis Ababa – Newark (ET508/509, westbound via Rome) route. From Addis Ababa, ET508/509 will be suspended from 05SEP25 to 22SEP25.

The Star Alliance member will continue to operate Addis Ababa – Lome – Newark 4 weekly flights during this period.
