Wizz Air Abu Dhabi August 2025 Service Changes

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi since the second half of July 2025 gradually filed updated schedule to its operation, reflecting reduced operation that were already reflected on the airline’s web booking system.

Previously reported, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi (5W) will be concluding its operation on 31AUG25. Based on schedule filing in the OAG (as well as GDS), frequency changes based on listing 06JUL25 vs 03AUG25 include the following.

Abu Dhabi – Almaty eff 04AUG25 Reduce from 9 to 7 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Baku eff 17JUN25 Reduce from 14 to 5 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Bishkek eff 17JUL25 Reduce from 5 to 3 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Dammam eff 10JUL25 Reduce from 7 to 2 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Gabala eff 19JUL25 Reduce from 3 to 2 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Kutaisi eff 18JUN25 Reduce from 9 to 4 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Madinah eff 16JUL25 Reduce from 11 to 4 weekly
Abu Dhabi – Tashkent eff 17JUL25 Reduce from 9 to 5 weekly

The airline plans to resume Abu Dhabi – Tel Aviv service on 15AUG25, with 3 weekly Airbus A321ceo flights scheduled until 29AUG25. On Abu Dhabi – Bucharest Baneasa route, the 4 weekly service is scheduled until 25AUG25, switching to Abu Dhabi – Bucharest Otopeni on 27AUG25, 29AUG25, 31AUG25.

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has already discontinued following routes.

Abu Dhabi – Varna 2 weekly (Last flight 14JUL25)
