Italian carrier Neos in recent schedule update revised planned operations to Cartagena during Northern winter 2025/26 season. The 787-9 weekly service is now scheduled to operate from 21DEC25, instead of 02NOV25.

The airline operates Milan Malpensa – Cartagena nonstop terminator routing, although flight on 21DEC25 is scheduled as Milan Malpensa – Cartagena – Montego Bay – Milan Malpensa.
