Ethiopian Airlines in recent schedule update revised planned operations on Addis Ababa – Newark service (westbound via Rome). The airline is now suspending this route from 02OCT25 to 10DEC25.

Upon service resumption, Ethiopian schedules 3 weekly flights with 787-8 from 11DEC25.

ET526 ADD2255 – 0330+1FCO0430+1 – 0800+1EWR 787 247
ET527 EWR1000 – 0630+1ADD 788 135

Ethiopian previously scheduled service suspension in September 2025, however it operated 1 weekly flight instead of 3.
