Hawaiian NW25 Systemwide Flight Number Changes Update

Hawaiian Airlines in recent month accelerated planned systemwide flight number changes, scheduled to commence in late-October 2025.
Following international routes previously scheduled to see flight number changes from 12FEB26 (previously reported on AeroRoutes on 17MAR25), will now commence on 26OCT25.
Honolulu – Auckland HA445/446 > HA845/846
Honolulu – Osaka Kansai HA449/450 > HA849/850
Honolulu – Pago Pago HA465/466 > HA865/866
Honolulu – Papeete (Tahiti) HA481/482 > HA881/882
Honolulu – Rarotonga HA495/496 > HA895/896
Honolulu – Seoul Incheon HA460/461 > HA860/861
Honolulu – Sydney HA451/452 > HA851/852
Honolulu – Tokyo Haneda HA457/458 > HA831/832
With this adjustment, all Hawaiian Airlines’ operating flights will be re-numbered to HA800-1299 series from 26OCT25. The following flight number changes was previously reported on 17MAR25.
Honolulu – US Mainland HA0xx > HA8xx (selected exceptions apply, including certain Portland OR, San Diego and Seattle service also operates under HA9xx)
Kahului – US Mainland HA0xx > HA9xx
Kona – US Mainland HA0xx > HA9xx
Lihue – US Mainland HA0xx > HA9xx
Intra-Hawaii New flight number range HA1000 – 1299, instead of 3-digit
Hilo – Kahului HA1019/1129
Honolulu – Hilo HA1002/1001, HA1012/1011…etc
Honolulu – Kahului HA1006/1005, HA1016/1015…etc
Honolulu – Kona HA1008/1007, HA1018/1017…etc
Honolulu – Lihue HA1003/1004, HA1013/1014…etc
Kahului – Lihue HA1049/1040, HA1159/1150, HA1269/1260
Kona – Kahului HA1039/1030, HA1149/1140, HA1259/1250
Kona – Lihue HA1029/1120
Certain routes not listed above will continue to operate under HA8xx flight numbers. The airline recently announced all Hawaiian Airlines service will transition to Alaska Airlines’ AS-coded flight numbers during 14OCT25’s schedule update, for travel on/after 22APR26. Hawaiian Airline’ HA code will be discontinued.
Alaska Airlines earlier this year also reassigned flight numbers on selected routes to Hawaii, for travel on/after 26OCT25.
