Air Astana and Japan Airlines (JAL) from December 2025 plans to launch reciprocal codeshare partnership, covering service between Kazakhstan and Japan, via Bangkok. Following codeshare routes to commence on 01DEC25.

JAL operated by Air Astana
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Almaty
