MAI NW25 International Service Changes

Myanmar Airways International (MAI) in the fourth quarter of 2025 gradually expanded international operations, reflected in recent schedule update. The following is the list of the carrier’s planned changes for Northern winter 2025/26 season, which also includes service reductions for Kuala Lumpur and Novosibirsk.

Yangon – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi eff 01OCT25 Increase from 39 to 42 weekly, A319/320/E190 operating (Overall service to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi is now 7 daily, while Bangkok Don Mueang is 3 daily)
Yangon – Chennai eff 26OCT25 Increase from 1 to 2 weekly, E190
Yangon – Chiang Mai eff 01OCT25 Increase from 4 to 7 weekly, 14 from 26OCT25. ATR72/E190/A319 operating (Overall service to Chiang Mai increases from 6 to 16 weekly)
Yangon – Da Nang eff 04OCT25 Increase from 2 to 4 weekly, A319/E190
Yangon – Hanoi eff 01OCT25 Increase from 4 to 7 weekly, A319/E190
Yangon – Kolkata eff 26OCT25 Increase from 2 to 3 weekly, A319
Yangon – Kuala Lumpur eff 01OCT25 Reduce from initially filed 10 weekly to 9, A319/E190
