Delta in recent schedule update filed flight number changes to its planned Los Angeles – Hong Kong route, scheduled to resume on 06JUN26. Initially planned to operate as DL005/006, operational flight number has switched to DL089/088.

Airbus A350-900 aircraft operates this route on daily basis.

DL089 LAX2330 – 0500+2HKG 359 D
DL088 HKG0925 – 0800LAX 359 D

Previously reported, Delta previously served Los Angeles – Hong Kong between 1991 and 1995. It last served Hong Kong until 2018, with flights from Seattle.
