The following is the latest update to various Chinese airlines’ planned service changes to Japan, due to recent development. The changes listed below mostly focusing on December 2025 onwards, based on schedule filing as well as available flights for reservations, up to 0830GMT 22NOV25. Note further changes can be expected in the next few days.
9 Air (AQ)
Guangzhou – Osaka Kansai eff 09DEC25 Reduce from 4 to 3 weekly (Based on schedule listing)
Air China (CA)
Beijing Capital – Nagoya Service cancelled on following dates in Dec 2025: 03, 16, 21, 30, 31
Beijing Capital – Osaka Kansai 3 daily flights maintained, however CA127/128 to be operated by 159-seater 737-800, instead of 177-seater A321
Beijing Capital – Sapporo New Chitose 09DEC25 – 07MAR26 4 weekly flights maintained. Planned increase to 7 weekly cancelled Planned A330-300 service on selected flights on/after 19DEC25, instead of 737-800, remains unchanged
Beijing Capital – Tokyo Haneda 5 daily flights maintained, however CA181/182 to see 177-seater A321 replacing 301-seater A330-300 on following dates in Dec 2025: 04, 09, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17
