Jetstar Schedules Melbourne – Colombo August 2026 Launch

Jetstar on Monday 08DEC25 announced new route launch to Sri Lanka, where the airline plans to operate Melbourne – Colombo route in the second half of 2026. The carrier plans to serve this route 3 times weekly from 25AUG26, on board Boeing 787-8 aircraft.

Qantas Group previously offered direct service between Australia and Sri Lanka until 1974 or 1975 (excluding Jetstar Asia).
