China Southern since late-November 2025 filed schedule changes for Guangzhou – Madrid route for Northern summer 2026 season, on/after 29MAR26. Like winter 2025/26 season, the 3 weekly service will now depart Guangzhou during daytime, instead of overnight hours, while Madrid departure shifts from daytime to evening hours.

Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner operates this route.
