Cathay Pacific Tentatively Discontinues Flight Number CX101 in NS26

Cathay Pacific this week filed additional schedule changes across its network for Northern summer 2026 season. On Hong Kong – Sydney route, Hong Kong departure flight CX101 will be re-numbered as CX181, as previously filed departure time 2355 being moved to 0045, between 29MAR26 and 25OCT26 (Hong Kong departure).

This marks the first time the airline temporarily discontinue the assignment of flight CX101 for the first time since 1974 on this route, when Cathay Pacific resumed service to Sydney. Inbound CX100 remains unchanged.

Following schedule focuses on the month of July 2026.
