United Airlines in the second quarter 2026 schedules temporary capacity increase on Newark – Tokyo Narita route. From 21MAY26 to 24JUN26 (Newark departure), service to be operated by 777-300ER, replacing 787-9.

This adjustment was not included in AeroRoutes’ United Northern summer 2026 season intercontinental network changes summary published on 26MAR26. Separately, in the same post, it was stated United cancelled Washington Dulles – Dakar service from 05MAR26. By January 2026, United accelerated last flight to 30-31JAN26.
