Lufthansa today (01APR26) announced frequency increases to India for Northern summer 2026 season. Planned service increase features the following.

Frankfurt – Chennai 24APR26 – 31MAY26 Increase from 5 to 7 weekly, A340-300
Frankfurt – Delhi 02JUN26 – 30JUN26 Increase from 5 to 7 weekly, 787-9 (Planned service reductions from 7 to 5 weekly in June no longer in effect)
Frankfurt – Hyderabad 05MAY26 – 26JUN26 Increase from 5 to 6 weekly, 787-9
Munich – Bangalore
04MAY26 – 25MAY26 Increase from 5 to 6 weekly, A350-900
30MAY26 – 15JUN26 5th weekly flight maintained, A350-900 (Previously scheduled to reduce to 4 weekly in first half of June)
16JUN26 – 24OCT26 Increase from 5 to 6 weekly, A350-900
