Lufthansa 27APR26-31MAY26 11% Europe Service Reductions

Lufthansa last week filed intra-European schedule changes, reflecting the discontinuation of Lufthansa CityLine service (operated by A319 and CRJ900 aircraft).

For the period of 27APR26 – 31MAY26, Lufthansa reduces about 11% of flights, when compared to schedule filing as of 22MAR26 vs 26APR26. From Germany, intra-European service (including Caucasus region) is being reduced from 19371 to 17215 flights (including service operated by Lufthansa City, excluding Air Dolomiti). Overall capacity sees approximate 6-7% reductions as the airline filed selected capacity increase in the past few weeks.

Note operational schedule on/after 01JUN26 remains pending, and the date period of 27APR26 – 31MAY26 chose by AeroRoutes is due to Lufthansa CityLine service is listed until 26APR26 inclusive, despite CityLine already ceased operation.

Cancelled destinations: Bydgoszcz, Cork, Rzeszow, Sibiu, Stavanger.
