Air Canada in recent weeks further revised operational aircraft on Vancouver – Sydney route during Northern summer 2026 season. From 01MAY26 to 30MAY26, the Star Alliance member continues to serve this route on daily basis with 777-200LR, instead of planned 787-9.

The 787-9 is now scheduled to operate this route from 05JUL26 to 29SEP26 (Vancouver departure).
