Ethiopian Airlines since mid-May 2026 switched operational aircraft on Addis Ababa – Singapore – Kuala Lumpur route, which saw the service entry of Airbus A350-900 aircraft on short term basis. From 18MAY26 to 13JUN26 (Addis Ababa departure), A350 operates this route 5 times weekly, replacing the 787-8/-9.
