Qatar Continues to Suspend 13 Destinations in NW26

Qatar Airways last week filed schedule update for the period of 16SEP26 – 27MAR27, as the airline continues to suspend 13 destinations. Following routes remain cancelled on/after 16SEP26.

Doha – Abuja – Kano (Kano service remains cancelled while Abuja service remains normal)
Doha – Djibouti – Mogadishu
Doha – Gassim
Doha – Hamburg
Doha – Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen**
Doha – Malta
Doha – Neom Bay
Doha – Sofia
Doha – Taif
Doha – Tabuk
Doha – Venice Marco Polo
Doha – Yanbu

Following destinations are tentatively listed to resume from 28MAR27 at the earliest, although further changes remain likely: Gassim, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen, Malta, Neom Bay, Tabuk, Taif, Yanbu. Planned service resumption remains fluid, despite the removal of these destinations.

Qatar Airways’ following service to Iran remains filed in schedule listing from 16SEP26: Mashhad, , Shiraz, Tehran Imam Khomeini.

The carrier’s latest Northern winter 2026/27 season schedule now sees overall one-way departure from Doha being reduced from 41750 flights (as of 14JUN26) to 38651 flights (as of 05JUL26), approximately 7% flight reductions.

** As the airline removed schedule listing for Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen from 16SEP26 to 27MAR27, the airline does not have A321neo scheduled for future schedule.
