VietJet Air from January 2027 plans to launch new service to Australia, as the carrier today (10AUG26) opened reservations for Ho Chi Minh City – Western Sydney route. Airbus A330-300 aircraft to serve this route twice weekly from 09JAN27.

With this route launch, existing Ho Chi Minh City – Sydney (SYD) service will be reduced from 5 to 3 weekly from 11JAN27.
