Italian carrier Neos during Northern winter 2026/27 season plans to add service to Cozumel, with the addition of 1 weekly Milan Malpensa – Cozumel – Cancun – Milan Malpensa service, effective 24DEC26.

Boeing 787-9 aircraft operates this route.
