China Eastern NW26 Middle East Service Changes – 25AUG26

China Eastern in last week’s schedule update extended service suspension on Shanghai Pu Dong – Abu Dhabi route, as the airline removed schedule filing between 01SEP26 and 24OCT26. Despite the Skyteam member lists 1 daily flight from 25OCT26, reservations between 25OCT26 and 27MAR27 are not available.

Other Middle East service includes the following:
Beijing Daxing – Muscat 2 weekly A330-300 service remains normal
Kunming – Dubai Service remains cancelled on/after 25OCT26
Shanghai Pu Dong – Dubai Reservations closed for 25OCT26 – 27MAR27
Shanghai Pu Dong – Riyadh First available flight for reservations scheduled on 25OCT26, reduced from initially filed 7 weekly to 5 weekly

The carrier intends to launch Shanghai Pu Dong – Muscat service from November 2026 at the earliest.
