United during the weekend of 27AUG26’s schedule opened reservations to its planned Airbus A321XLR domestic routes, scheduled to enter service in September 2026, ahead of planned international flights from December 2026.

Washington Dulles – Los Angeles 01OCT26 – 30NOV26 1 daily UA657/1164 (UA1897/1962 from 25OCT26)
Washington Dulles – San Diego 09SEP26 – 30NOV26 6 weekly UA1930/444

In addition, AeroRoutes’ report on 25AUG26 stated the configuration of A321XLR is J20W12Y120, this should be corrected to J20W12Y118.
