Malaysia Airlines from December 2026 plans to increase Kuala Lumpur – Medan Kualanamu flight, with the new morning hour departure with 737-800, effective 01DEC26.

MH860 KUL0900 – 0900KNO 73H D
MH864 KUL1550 – 1600KNO 737 D

MH861 KNO0950 – 1200KUL 73H D
MH865 KNO1650 – 1900KUL 737 D

MH864/865 operated by a mix of 737-800/MAX 8 aircraft. MH860/861 service to be operated by 737 MAX 8 during Northern summer 2027 season from 28MAR27.
